• PECKOVER PORTFOLIO

    This particular project in West Yorkshire is centrally located and is a collection of 3 grade 2 listed buildings which encompassed a total of 66 self contained residential apartments. We worked on restructuring this small portfolio with a change of income and tenure to the assets. Working closely with the housing options team in the local authority we helped cater for their demand and need for vulnerable adults, thus housing and supporting some of society's most vulnerable.

  • FOUNDERS YARD

    Working closely with a build to rent operator, Rise Homes, alongside Gresham House, we presented a subject to planning opportunity in Sheffield city centre. The site was well located and being a Sheffield based business, we knew that high quality mid market rental accommodation was lacking. Working with HCD architects, a scheme was submitted and planning granted for 229 self contained apartments plus shared amenities including roof top garden, external courtyard and communal lounge. Construction commenced on site in 2021.

  • ARLA HOUSE

    Working closely with a well established house builder, we brought an alternative income stream to a recently completed self contained block of 16 residential apartments in South Yorkshire. Working closely with a registered provider and their existing demand demographically, we brought about a practical completion on this scheme to adults with mental health and learning difficulties, providing a home and all support requirements were met.

  • YORK HOUSE

    This scheme located in West Yorkshire was a residential block of 29 self contained apartments. Working with the local authority, we targeted their immediate requirement to house and support a range of vulnerable adults whist ensuring the level of support received was to the correct standard. This project was to be operated by a registered provider who would ensure the level of support required was administered for those in need.
